LACOSTE
Efficiency increase by 50% through digital transformation and the automation of our performance management process
The Challenge
Lacoste, a lifestyle brand recognized throughout the world, began a few years ago, as part of the homogenization of these HR processes, a process to equip itself with a group HR tool. With nearly 10,000 employees, the crocodile brand is present in 120 countries through a selective distribution network (1,200 boutiques, nearly 2,000 corners and 220 outlets) and owns 12 factories worldwide.
To successfully carry out its project, Lacoste wanted to unite employees in all countries and thus equip itself with a Group HR application. A winning bet that has made it possible to industrialize and internationalize talent management.
Goals:
-
Introduce one HR tool for the whole group
-
Benefit from a consolidated visibility of the organization at the global level
-
Control and budgetary management
-
Increased efficiency and harmonization of HR processes
-
Globalization of talent management
Why Lumesse?
Lacoste's objective was to equip itself with a Group HR tool, with the will to be able to consolidate employee information within an internal tool in all countries. The implementation of efficient and transparent talent management processes thanks to Lumesse ETWeb is a decisive first step for Lacoste in order to achieve its objective: to support HR processes that are standardized at group level, namely annual performance reviews and the review of individual salaries, two major processes.
Simple, robust and flexible talent management solutions have been implemented in order to have a better visibility on the global organization. For Lacoste, it is one of the first tools in which the brand has a complete organizational chart. The aim is also to give the entire HR community in 22 countries quick and easy access to information and employee files.
"The time between the performance interview and the salary review is quite short, indeed everything is concentrated from December to February and it is there too that we see the benefits of a tool like Lumesse ETWeb, which has not experienced any production incidents since its implementation a little less than four years ago. In addition, the digitalization and automation of our HR processes has halved the time allocated to compensation,"
Group HRIS Manager at Lacoste.
